We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unopened. The original safety seal and any factory shrink-wrap must be intact. We cannot accept returns of products with broken seals, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • In original packaging. All original labels, inserts, and packaging must be included.
  • In resalable condition. No damage, no signs of use, no missing components.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase. Order number, receipt, or order confirmation email.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened products (safety seal broken)
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to start a return

To initiate a return, email us at bobby@lyncellushealth.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or you received a defective product, please email us at bobby@lyncellushealth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received

If we shipped you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item and arrange free return shipping for the original.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item per the process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from approval, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at bobby@lyncellushealth.com.
